⭐️ The month of Ramadan is the month of forgiveness
It is the month of the revelation of the Qur'an.
⭐️Hazrat Ali says that if Allah wanted to punish this ummah, He would not have given the month of Ramadan.
⭐️Hazrat Yusuf (as) had eleven brothers but they had a special status. Because of one of them, Allah had forgiven the other eleven. This is the same with eleven months and Ramadan.
⭐️There was a tribe called Banu Kalb , they used to graze goats. They had thousands of goats. A goat has millions of hair all over its body and they had thousands of goats. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah forgives more people in Ramadan than the hair on the body of the goats of Banu Kalb.
Strive hard in Ramadan
⭐️If someone curses his son, the mother can never say Ameen. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to love his ummah deeply, but once when angel Jibraeel cursed that the person who gets the month of Ramadan and doesn't seek forgiveness be ruined..the prophet ( Saws) said Aameen to it. Jibraeel (as) is an innocent angel. His curse was enough, but Nabi ﷺ sealed it by saying Ameen. And then he said, "Woe to the one before whom my name is mentioned and he does not recite Durood." Nabi ﷺ said Ameen. The last curse is even greater. He said, ".Destruction on that person in whose lifetime both his parents or either one of them reaches old age, and he fails to enter Jannah [due to neglecting them and not serving them].’
⭐️ I have been to more than 50 countries. Someone asked me how i was blessed to travel around the world . I said if I tell the truth, my work is zero, this is all because of the duas of my mother
And she prayed for me a lot, day and night.
“Your love and you have been serving me all my life; When I became capable to serve you, you left this world ..."
Not everyone gets this opportunity to serve one's parents. Even today, I yearn that had my mother been alive , I would have served her.
So serve (do khidmat of )your parents.
⭐️ In the month of Ramadan, forgiveness is so easy that it is granted with just a little amount of hard work.
⭐️ Then after Ramadan
there are two things for us, either Eid or Waeed (disgrace). If forgiveness is granted then it is Eid, otherwise it is Waeed.
May Allah give us the understanding to please Him ..Aameen
⭐️The rule is that there are four ways to please our Creator .
1- One should fold his hands together and sincerely supplicate before his lord shedding tears of repentance.
For instance if someone is angry with a person and the person who is reprimanded starts crying, the heart of the other person melts immediately..
We must try to seek frogiveness from Our Lord during the solitudeness of the night
2- The one who is angry with us should be met again and again.
He who comes for prayers five times a day fulfills this condition.
3- Sometimes he leaves his sleep just to please his beloved.
The One who prays Taraweeh fulfils this condition
4- Sometimes a person stops eating and drinking.
By fasting during Ramadan, the servant fulfills this condition.
5-The fifth and final condition is that the servant sits at the feet of the beloved.
He says he will not get up until forgiven. He encamps at the door of the beloved.
The one who sits in I'tikaaf also fulfills this condition.
Hazrat Majzoob was a disciple of Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi. Once due to some reason hazrat became angry with him and asked that he be removed from his sight. So hazrat Majzoob (ra) laid his prayer mat at the door of the masjid and sat there. Two to three days passed and he remained there. When he was asked the reason
he wrote the following couplets
If you don't open the door, I won't leave either
The rule is ours individually, yours here and mine there..
When Hazrat read these couplets, his anger subsided.
⭐️The same is the case with those who observe I'tikaf.
The second verse doesn’t fit us. Only the first verse is for us.
The easiest thing for a son is to please his mother But
It is even more easier to please Allah. The person does not have to make any effort to please Allah. Whoever regrets in his heart, Allah forgives. Not a word has been said yet, only regret is enough for being forgiven
That is why our elders used to worship a lot in Ramadan.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to prepare himself well during the last days of Ramadan . He would sleep less and advise his family to do the same.And His generosity would increase manifold.. He spent lots of money on the poor and supplicated immensely. We too have to strive to adopt the prophets’ way of striving during the last days of Ramadan.
⭐️Millions are released then why is it it difficult for us to achieve forgiveness.
⭐️ On the last night of Ramadan, the number of people forgiven are the total sum of people forgiven from the first till twenty ninth of Ramadan.
⭐️The devotee sits in i'tikaaf in search of Layla al-Qadr.
⭐️It is difficult to stay awake for ten nights, so Allah made it easy that there will be forgiveness in the odd nights. Now he can't even wake up for five nights. So Allah made it easier. Allah wanted his slaves to pass.
⭐️Indicated in the Qur'an which night.
Now we know that it is in these 5 nights.. But when is the time?
How to stay up all night
⭐️Allah said that the Qur'an was revealed that night.A night which is Better than a thousand months. And the sins of that year are forgiven. That is, the sins of a lifetime are forgiven.
⭐️How long is this mercy? He said that it will remain till Fajr. Now we don't know the beginning, but we know the end. Let's get up half an hour earlier, read the Nawafil and supplicate.
This is budget night. The list of what will happen in the coming year is made in Sha'ban. Life, death, happiness, sorrow, children, sustenance become a list of everything and on this night the angels are given this list. So before the list is handed over to the angels we try to change it according to our wishes by our supplications. Allah( swt) gives more than what you ask from Him.
May Allah Almighty make the day of Eid a day of Eid for us and not a day of
Waeed..Aameen
