I'tekaaf Bayan 2020🕌
Tafseer Surah Ar Rahman💖
From the Bayan of:
Hazrat Shaykh Peer Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi(db). 🔅
🌟Allah swt has bestowed upon us so many blessings.
If Allah had not given us sight we would be blind, if we couldn't hear we would be deaf. If He had not given us water we would be thirsty. We wouldn't have shelter had He not given us houses. We would have been childless if He had not blessed us with children.
🔅We would have been ill if we had no health. If He had not given us wealth we would be beggars. If He had not honored us we would have been humiliated. The life of status that we are living today is becuase of Allah's generosity and compassion.
Allah swt created man from a soil that makes sound like potsherd.
And Allah swt created jinn kind from the embers of fire.
Man is from dust and jinn from fire.
O jinn and mankind how many of the blessings of your Lord will you deny
Allah is the Lord of both East and the both west.
🔅Generally people think there is 1 East and 1 West but the Sun rises from one place in the winter time and from one place in the summer time, therefore the mention of two East and two West.
🔅At one place Allah swt says that, Allah is the Lord of all the easts and all the Wests.
🔅Scientists say that Earth is 23 degrees tilted on its axis. The sun rises from a different place everyday, so 365 easts and 365 Wests, therefore it was said so.
Allah made two seas flow by joining them together and there is separation between them.
🔅It's Allah's greatness that the water of one sea is sweet and of the other is salty but they don't mix up.
They both flow together from chittagong to arkan, even in swat there are two seas whose water flow together without mixing.
🔅Indian ocean and Atlantic ocean, which is in Cape town, South Africa, also meet. The water of Atlantic ocean is so cold that we can't put our hand in it and the water of Indian ocean is hot and they don't mix with each other.
🔅Lulu means pearl and marjaan means the coral stone, they are both precious. Women use them in their jewelry and hakeem's in their medicines.
🔅They are found at a place where the sweet and bitter waters meet
🔅اللولو has been mentioned in the holy Qur'an at four places. It is not a stone but a living thing. Ruby, diamond etc are stones but this is made from a living thing
🔅Shells are living organisms, there are two parts to it, inside it lives a molluscs that makes the Pearl.
🔅We used to listen during the childhood that shells are mani and when the rain water goes in it they turn into pearls but it's not like that. The shell has two parts and the molluscs live on that.
When some water, dust or anything if it enters this shell, the defense mechanism starts working to remove the water. It keeps removing water and more water comes in, this water is so precious that it turns to a Pearl.
🔅The silk cloth is made from the spit of silk worm. From the spit of honey bee comes honey and from the spit of this mollusc comes the Pearl.
It takes around 50-100 years for a pearl to form in a shell but man understood this mechanism and has started doing it himself making a business out of it.
People make ponds in their houses and leave shells in them, they put some dirt or other particles in it and in about 3 years a Pearl is formed.
🔅The price of most precious of pearls is about 100 million dollars.
With that much money one can buy the entire city and this small Pearl is that precious.
🔅Pearls are of 3 types: natural, cultured and imitation.
Imitation is from plastic but the surface shines. I once bought a tasbeeh and asked the shopkeeper how do I know if this is even Pearl or not. He took out a lighter and kept the pearls on it but nothing happened to them. So he said the sign of natural pearl is that it doesn't change on lighting it.
🔅A Pearl is 100% calcium carbonate.
🔅Few things of the Pearl make it more expensive.
🔅It's size: the pearls are generally of the size of 5-7mm
🔅Shape.: They come in different shapes round, semi round, oval, circle, drop.
🔅Color: They also come in different colors white, pink, purple, blue, black, golden, Brown, silver etc.
🔅Mostly the Pearl is looked for its shine and accordingly the price is set. Today scientists have made special colleges to make pearls.
🔅جوار is the plural of جاري
It means a ship.
When a ship sails in the sea it seems like a mountain is sailing. Today the ships are very big.
The ships that carry oil are 400 km long and can carry tins of 5000 meters.
Naval ships are made similarly.
Right now the biggest naval ship in America have the capacity for 75 aeroplanes.
🔅The ship titanic that was made was designed such that they claimed it will never sink. It collided with an ice mountain and broke into two pieces.
🔅Allah swt shattered their pride to pieces.
🔅How did this ship sink?
For a ship to save itself from sinking it's engine has to work constantly beside the waves keep coming in a sea and oceans so the captain keeps the ship straight. If the ship is straight it will go up and down but will not sink even if it's a big wave. But when the engine stops working the ship will sink and that was the reason for titanic to sink too.
🔅And it was not any big ice mountain that it collided with ,but ice which is a piece of water which made the ship made of iron to sink.
🔅It is Allah's splendor that such big ships sail and man takes benefit from it.
🔅O Allah we do not deny any of your favors and all praise is for you.

I'tikaaf Statements2020 🕌
From the bayan of:-
Hazrat Shaykh Pir Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi (db)
⭐️ The month of Ramadan is the month of forgiveness
It is the month of the revelation of the Qur'an.
⭐️Hazrat Ali says that if Allah wanted to punish this ummah, He would not have given the month of Ramadan.
⭐️Hazrat Yusuf (as) had eleven brothers but they had a special status. Because of one of them, Allah had forgiven the other eleven. This is the same with eleven months and Ramadan.
⭐️There was a tribe called Banu Kalb , they used to graze goats. They had thousands of goats. A goat has millions of hair all over its body and they had thousands of goats. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah forgives more people in Ramadan than the hair on the body of the goats of Banu Kalb.
Strive hard in Ramadan
⭐️If someone curses his son, the mother can never say Ameen. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to love his ummah deeply, but once when angel Jibraeel cursed that the person who gets the month of Ramadan and doesn't seek forgiveness be ruined..the prophet ( Saws) said Aameen to it. Jibraeel (as) is an innocent angel. His curse was enough, but Nabi ﷺ sealed it by saying Ameen. And then he said, "Woe to the one before whom my name is mentioned and he does not recite Durood." Nabi ﷺ said Ameen. The last curse is even greater. He said, ".Destruction on that person in whose lifetime both his parents or either one of them reaches old age, and he fails to enter Jannah [due to neglecting them and not serving them].’
⭐️ I have been to more than 50 countries. Someone asked me how i was blessed to travel around the world . I said if I tell the truth, my work is zero, this is all because of the duas of my mother
And she prayed for me a lot, day and night.
“Your love and you have been serving me all my life; When I became capable to serve you, you left this world ..."
Not everyone gets this opportunity to serve one's parents. Even today, I yearn that had my mother been alive , I would have served her.
So serve (do khidmat of )your parents.
⭐️ In the month of Ramadan, forgiveness is so easy that it is granted with just a little amount of hard work.
⭐️ Then after Ramadan
there are two things for us, either Eid or Waeed (disgrace). If forgiveness is granted then it is Eid, otherwise it is Waeed.
May Allah give us the understanding to please Him ..Aameen
⭐️The rule is that there are four ways to please our Creator .
1- One should fold his hands together and sincerely supplicate before his lord shedding tears of repentance.
For instance if someone is angry with a person and the person who is reprimanded starts crying, the heart of the other person melts immediately..
We must try to seek frogiveness from Our Lord during the solitudeness of the night
2- The one who is angry with us should be met again and again.
He who comes for prayers five times a day fulfills this condition.
3- Sometimes he leaves his sleep just to please his beloved.
The One who prays Taraweeh fulfils this condition
4- Sometimes a person stops eating and drinking.
By fasting during Ramadan, the servant fulfills this condition.
5-The fifth and final condition is that the servant sits at the feet of the beloved.
He says he will not get up until forgiven. He encamps at the door of the beloved.
The one who sits in I'tikaaf also fulfills this condition.
Hazrat Majzoob was a disciple of Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi. Once due to some reason hazrat became angry with him and asked that he be removed from his sight. So hazrat Majzoob (ra) laid his prayer mat at the door of the masjid and sat there. Two to three days passed and he remained there. When he was asked the reason
he wrote the following couplets
If you don't open the door, I won't leave either
The rule is ours individually, yours here and mine there..
When Hazrat read these couplets, his anger subsided.
⭐️The same is the case with those who observe I'tikaf.
The second verse doesn’t fit us. Only the first verse is for us.
The easiest thing for a son is to please his mother But
It is even more easier to please Allah. The person does not have to make any effort to please Allah. Whoever regrets in his heart, Allah forgives. Not a word has been said yet, only regret is enough for being forgiven
That is why our elders used to worship a lot in Ramadan.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to prepare himself well during the last days of Ramadan . He would sleep less and advise his family to do the same. And His generosity would increase manifold.. He spent lots of money on the poor and supplicated immensely. We too have to strive to adopt the prophets’ way of striving during the last days of Ramadan.
⭐️Millions are released then why is it it difficult for us to achieve forgiveness.
⭐️ On the last night of Ramadan, the number of people forgiven are the total sum of people forgiven from the first till twenty ninth of Ramadan.
⭐️The devotee sits in i'tikaaf in search of Layla al-Qadr.
⭐️It is difficult to stay awake for ten nights, so Allah made it easy that there will be forgiveness in the odd nights. Now he can't even wake up for five nights. So Allah made it easier. Allah wanted his slaves to pass.
⭐️Indicated in the Qur'an which night.
Now we know that it is in these 5 nights.. But when is the time?
How to stay up all night
⭐️Allah said that the Qur'an was revealed that night.A night which is Better than a thousand months. And the sins of that year are forgiven. That is, the sins of a lifetime are forgiven.
⭐️How long is this mercy? He said that it will remain till Fajr. Now we don't know the beginning, but we know the end. Let's get up half an hour earlier, read the Nawafil and supplicate.
This is budget night. The list of what will happen in the coming year is made in Sha'ban. Life, death, happiness, sorrow, children, sustenance become a list of everything and on this night the angels are given this list. So before the list is handed over to the angels we try to change it according to our wishes by our supplications. Allah( swt) gives more than what you ask from Him.
May Allah Almighty make the day of Eid a day of Eid for us and not a day of
Pearls of wisdom
Deducing the meaning of any ayah of the Quran, by someone using one's own wisdom is known as "Tafseer by Opinion".
Regarding "Tafseer by Opinion", Nabi SAW said:
"Whoever explained the Quran with one's own opinion, entered Disbelief in Islam."
Ulama wrote that if someone uses one's own wisdom to pickup the meaning without the knowledge of Tafseer, and these meaning were correct also. Yet, this person says that, "In my opinion"... followed by the meaning, yet this person made an error in his speech by pointing the meaning of Tafseer towards oneself.
Who are we, to claim about the holy Tafseer, that "In my Opinion"?
Shaykh Hafiz Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi Db
Khutbaat-e-Faqeer: v4, p16
Today, some people based on their knowledge and skill in Arabic language, tend to give their own judgement about the Quran whereas it is required to seek Allah SWT's judgement not any person's judgement..
Whoever realizes this point, consider this person as secured from major doubts created in religion, in this time.
Since, the meaning of the Quran were also passed over by Allah SWT through Nabi SAW to the people.
Hence, now the explanation (Tafseer) of the Quran shall be the only one that the Sahabah RAA studied from Nabi SAW and passed over to their successors and thus this knowledge is passed over to us.
Therefore, the knowledge of the Quran generated from Nabi SAW and passed over to us will be known as Tafseer.

Khutbaat-e-Faqeer: v4, p15
"There is a misconception being promoted by the modernists of this day and age. That the Sunnahs related to the habits of Rasulullah ﷺ are not important to follow (e.g. the way the Prophet ﷺ ate etc).
They say, "That was just the way Rasulullah ﷺ used to behave because of the custom of his people in his time."
No! This way of thinking has been rejected by the great ulama from the past 1400 years.
We say to them, come back to the proper understanding of the Sahabah (Ra) like the example of Sayyidna Huzaifa (ra) who said in the palace of the Persian tyrant King Khosroe: "Should I leave the Sunnah of my beloved for these fools?"
Every single sunnah of Rasulullah ﷺ is beloved to us, and we do not differentiate between the Sunnahs of Rasulullah ﷺ. The Sunnahs of Rasulullah ﷺ encompass everything related to his ibaadah, everything related to his akhlaaq, and everything related to his 'aadah (habits).
-Shaykh Mustafa Kamal Naqshbandi Mujaddidi (db)
Introduction to Ash-Shamail Al-Muhammadiyyah of Imam At-Tirmidhi (rah).

Naqshbandi Mujaddidi (db)
Pengenalan, Ash-Shamail Al-Muhammadiyyah, karya Imam At-Tirmidhi (rah).
Laut aye jitnayfarzanay gaye, ta ba manzil sirf dewanay gaye..
A: Ya.
Satu lagi ungkapan iaitu ta'at. Tapi ta'at adalah kerana rasa takut. Kerana cinta.
Q: Jadi, dari semua sudut zahir dan batin, kalau ianya datang bersama cinta, dinamakan ittiba'?
Question and answer session with Ustadha Myra Kamal
Q: Shaykh Mustafa Saheb used to say "Why is not a good word in suluk". Does that mean we are not allow to ask 'Why'? How about a beginner in suluk who keeps asking 'Why'? Or is there certain situations where we can ask 'Why'?.
Ustadha: ASA. What Shaykh meant is that we should not question the Shaykh's guidance, or a sunnah, or a hukm of Shariah in a way to challenge it, as if to say "I don't think there is any good reason to do this so I'm not going to do it." However, if it just to understand better or to clarify a confusion, it's okay.
However, even in that case, sometimes the saalik is not ready to understand the wisdom behind a certain hukm, of Shariah or sunnah or the Shaykh, and the teacher may not explain, so they should just stop asking and do it even if they don't understand it.
Asking "why" means we are relying on our own aql (understanding/reasoning) but the path to success for a saalik is in accepting and submitting, whether we understand or not. Because our aql can mislead us, and often does, but our Shaykh will not. The more a person submits to his or her Shaykh, the more successful he or she will be on this path. The more we rely on our aql, the more Shaytan will destroy us by putting wrong thoughts and conclusions in our minds.
There is an Urdu verse by a famous poet Allama Iqbal that we love:
Laut aye jitnay farzanay gaye, ta ba manzil sirf deewanay gaye...
(Those who use their reason have returned unsuccessful, only the mad lovers have reached the destination)
This is because it submission is actually the height of love, so those who love will submit and will be led to their destination, and those who keep questioning and using their aql will be mislead by their own nafs and Shaytan.
Q: Ustazah, meaning that, a mad lover is a salik who obey everything without questioning his shaykh?
Ustadha: Yes. Because obedience is a sign of the highest love. So only a salik who loves sincerely will obey with all his heart.
Ittiba', which is the word used for following the sunnah is actually that obedience that comes because of love. Another word for obedience is ata'at but that is obedience out of fear. So for shaykh and sunnah it's ittiba'
Q: Meaning in every way, zahiri and batini, if it is out of love, then its ittiba?
"The more dhikr you do, the more you will be able to remember Allah swt while even doing things which seem like Dunya- related activities"

Naqshbandi Mujaddidi (db)
"Allah Subhanahu wa Taala has created the heart so that it can never remain empty of thought at any given time, be it positive or negative. The struggle of wuquful qalbi is to pull the heart away from nonsensical everyday thoughts and to focus it only on Allah Taala so that the remembrance of Allah Taala becomes entrenched in the mind and heart."
